In this role, you will assist in the cross over activities for Agency Division and provide guidance to Agency Leaders. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Recruitment Cluster Head and work closely with Agency Division to drive cross over in the agency force.Job Description:
Perform the Cluster Recruitment Manager duties which includes:
drive manpower growth through identified key performance indicators
provide support to Agency Leaders to achieve monthly and yearly targets in line with the company's plan in areas of recruitment and retention, and to ensure alignment with the company's strategies
work closely with Agency Leaders in identifying quality Financial Consultants with the use of selection tools and other qualitative assessment techniques including interviews.
oversee the systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants through various company initiatives to develop the right foundation and positive behaviors.
track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants and ensure that they adhere to these standards to build longevity in the career.
identify and encourage Financial Consultants who aspire to progress towards a career in agency management.

Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
Individual who is demonstrated good interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, planning & organising skills, office software skills and business acumen. He must have good integrity, nimble in thinking and be a team player
Working Experience:
1 to 2 years of working experience, or fresh graduate from university
Recruitment or financial industry preferred, not mandatory
