Job Summary
The Recruitment Sourcing Lead oversees end-to-end sourcing operations and talent pipeline development for business-critical hiring requirements. This role is responsible for managing sourcing channels, implementing talent attraction strategies, and leading a sourcing team in supporting large-scale recruitment initiatives within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sourcing activities and ensure timely delivery of candidate slates.
- Create and execute sourcing campaigns for technical and non-technical roles.
- Identify passive candidates through advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and Hiring Leaders regarding manpower demands.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor benchmarking within the IT and telecommunications industry.
- Improve sourcing efficiency through process optimization and sourcing automation tools.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sourcing specialists and researchers.
- Track sourcing KPIs and provide regular recruitment analytics reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
- Must have experience working in a Technology or IT-driven organization.
- At least 5 years experience in sourcing/recruitment with 3 years managerial experience.
- Proven experience handling high-volume and niche technical hiring.
- Strong background in Boolean search, market research, and talent intelligence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
