Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (corporate hiring preferred).
  • Strong background in passive search and Boolean search techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing; familiarity with Facebook recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective outreach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple pipelines.
  • Experience with ATS or CRM tools is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Experience sourcing for HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, or Operations roles.
  • Creative in exploring new online communities and sourcing channels.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct passive sourcing on LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other online channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for corporate roles.
  • Screen candidate profiles and assess alignment with role requirements.
  • Engage candidates through targeted outreach and nurture them until ready for recruiter interview.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Document sourcing activity and maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM tools.
  • Monitor market and competitor talent trends to enhance sourcing efforts.
