Position Summary
The Recruitment Senior Manager is responsible for directing end-to-end talent acquisition activities that support the organization's technology workforce requirements. This position oversees recruitment execution, team leadership, hiring performance, and business partnership to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent across multiple functions or locations. Working closely with HR and business leaders, the role develops practical hiring solutions that align with organizational growth plans while maintaining an efficient, candidate-focused recruitment process.

sRecruitment Planning & Executio
- nLead full-cycle recruitment initiatives for assigned business groups and hiring portfolios
- .Convert workforce projections and staffing requirements into actionable recruitment plans
- .Monitor hiring progress and adjust strategies to achieve recruitment targets
- .Maintain compliance with recruitment policies, employment regulations, and internal governance standards
- .Champion a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle

- pSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals
- .Establish performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback
- .Strengthen recruiter capability through training, knowledge sharing, and calibration activities
- .Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing recruitment culture
.Business Partnershi
- pServe as the primary recruitment advisor to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders
- .Provide labor market intelligence and hiring recommendations to support informed talent decisions
- .Identify recruitment risks early and implement solutions to minimize hiring delays
- .Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on staffing priorities
.Process Improvement & Recruitment Operation
- sMonitor recruitment effectiveness using established performance metrics, including hiring speed, quality, productivity, and candidate satisfaction
- .Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency
- .Promote the adoption of automation, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and process enhancements
- .Collaborate with internal support functions to continuously improve recruitment delivery
.Resource & Capacity Managemen
- tAllocate recruiter workloads based on hiring demand and business priorities
- .Support workforce forecasting and recruitment capacity planning
- .Recommend cost-efficient sourcing approaches while balancing hiring quality and timelines
- .Assist leadership in optimizing recruitment resources during periods of growth or changing demand
.Candidate Profil
- eApproximately 8–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or staffing within large-scale technology organizations or shared services environments
- .Minimum of five years leading recruitment teams in technical or IT-focused hiring
- .Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting for technology-related positions across multiple disciplines
- .Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualifications are considered advantageous
- .Exposure to healthcare technology recruitment is beneficial
- .Experience supporting high-volume, enterprise-wide, or multiple concurrent hiring programs
- .Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
