In this vital role, you will identify and source potential candidates for our retail stores, leveraging platforms like SEEK and LinkedIn to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms, including SEEK, LinkedIn, and other recruitment software, to identify and engage top candidates in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates, effectively communicating our employer brand and available job opportunities.
- Screen resumes and profiles to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and candidate status within the company ATS.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to create a robust future talent pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
About You:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and other relevant sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
