Do you thrive on finding the right person for the right role — fast We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who knows how to source, vet, and place candidates across pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences manufacturing environments. You'll work end-to-end across the recruitment lifecycle, from job brief through to placement and beyond.

This is a chance to specialise in a niche, high-demand corner of recruitment — supporting high-volume campaigns for regulated manufacturing facilities while building your own active talent pools of GMP-trained professionals.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 1.5–2+ years recruitment experience within an agency environment, specialising in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing
• Experience recruiting a mix of production operators, laboratory analysts, quality assurance staff, engineers, maintenance technicians, and other technical manufacturing roles
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment for manufacturing campaigns with fast turnaround placements in regulated facilities
• Strong candidate vetting capability, including reference checks and compliance verification
• Strong CRM and database discipline, with the ability to work in fast-paced, operationally driven environments

STRONG SIGNALS

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements — the quality and safety standards governing how medicines and healthcare products are made
• Experience recruiting for cleanroom, sterile manufacturing, or aseptic processing environments
• Awareness of industrial awards and site-specific compliance requirements within pharmaceutical manufacturing

Candidate Attraction & Sourcing

You own the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement and post-placement follow-up.

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline aligned to current and future client needs
• Write and post engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates

Screening & Assessment

You ensure every candidate presented is genuinely qualified, compliant, and ready to work.

• Conduct detailed candidate screening interviews by phone and virtually
• Assess technical capability, cultural fit, motivation, and career alignment
• Perform reference checks and verify qualifications, licences, and compliance documentation
• Present shortlisted candidates with clear, concise candidate summaries

Client & Consultant Support

You support consultants and clients with the insights and coordination that keep placements moving.

• Partner closely with consultants and clients to understand role requirements and market conditions
• Provide market insights including salary expectations, candidate availability, and competitor activity
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the CRM/ATS system while meeting individual and team KPIs
