You know what it takes to move a role from job brief to placement, and you've done it inside a fast-moving recruitment agency. In this role, you own the full recruitment cycle for an established agency team placing talent across finance, technology, business services, hospitality, and manufacturing. You source, screen, assess, and coordinate candidates from first contact through to post-placement follow-up.

This is a fully remote, night-shift role for a recruiter who thrives on variety, works with urgency, and takes pride in clean documentation. If you've recruited across multiple industries and want to keep building your agency career with an international team, this role is built for you.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of recruitment experience within an agency environment
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries or specialist recruitment markets
• Experience working for an Australian or US-based recruitment agency
• Proven full-cycle capability: sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across varied roles and skill levels
• Strong digital sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and database searches
• Hands-on experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or ATS
• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
• Comfort working in a KPI-driven, commercially focused environment

STRONG SIGNALS

• Established candidate networks in finance, technology, business services, hospitality, or manufacturing
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, and operational roles side by side
• Experience running reference checks and verifying qualifications, licences, and compliance documents
• Experience writing job ads that attract high-quality applicants
• Familiarity with WHS and pre-placement compliance requirements

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Candidate Attraction and Sourcing

• You own the talent pipeline and keep it full, active, and aligned to current and future client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job brief through to placement and post-placement follow-up
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline across multiple industries
• Write and post engaging job ads that attract the right candidates

Screening, Assessment, and Compliance

• You ensure every shortlisted candidate is capable, motivated, and fully compliant before they reach the client.
• Conduct detailed phone and virtual screening interviews
• Assess technical capability, cultural fit, motivation, and career alignment
• Perform reference checks and verify qualifications, licences, and compliance documentation
• Confirm all candidates meet WHS and documentation requirements prior to placement
• Present shortlisted candidates with clear, concise candidate summaries

Client Coordination and Delivery

• You support consultants and clients with market insight and seamless coordination, so every hiring process runs smoothly.
• Partner with consultants and clients to understand role requirements and market conditions
• Share market insights on salary expectations, candidate availability, and competitor activity
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/ATS
• Work toward KPIs including placements, time-to-fill, and candidate retention, while supporting continuous process improvement
