Location: Remote

Monthly Salary: 70,000-90,000 PHP

Contract: Independent Contractor

Role: Full-time

Hours: 9-5.30 pm AEST

Region: Sydney, Australia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Researcher / Headhunter with experience in an Australian, UK, or international recruitment agency, executive search firm, or as an in-house recruiter within an international financial services business.You will support senior-level searches across financial services, accounting, financial advice, and professional services, using LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, passive candidate outreach, and detailed candidate research.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years recruitment experience within an Australian, UK, or international recruitment agency, executive search firm, or in-house recruitment team within a financial services business.
  • 2+ years experience in a headhunting, proactive sourcing, or executive search research role, with proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including projects, talent pools, pipeline management, filters, and candidate outreach.
  • Strong Boolean search skills and confidence sourcing across multiple channels, not just job boards or active applicants.
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing within financial services, accounting, wealth management, financial planning, professional services, or related sectors.
  • High attention to detail, with strong documentation skills and experience maintaining accurate candidate records in a CRM, ATS, or recruitment database.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage senior passive candidates professionally.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to support candidate research, outreach writing, candidate summaries, market mapping, and productivity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the research and sourcing function across active retained search mandates, primarily within financial services, public practice accounting, and financial advice.

• Build and maintain dedicated talent lists for exec-level roles, with clean documentation of candidate status, engagement history, and market intelligence.

• Conduct deep LinkedIn Recruiter searches using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and talent pool features to map target markets.

• Develop proactive talent pools across key disciplines and seniority levels so we are never starting from scratch.

• Support Directors with market mapping, competitor analysis, and candidate intelligence ahead of client briefings.

• Draft and send personalised outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn and email.

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to how we structure and store candidate data long term.

• Contribute to business development support where relevant, including identifying contacts at target firms.
