Recruiting Partner (Researcher) — Philippines

We're adding one person to our team, open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines

We don't care much about years of experience. We care about how you think. If you're the person your friends and family lean on to translate, negotiate, and figure things out when nobody else can. Do well here, and the pay reflects it. This isn't a top 10% for the role ceiling; people who perform can realistically be looking at well into 6 figures a month. Top-performing Recruiting Partners can make north of P2,000,000 a year.

What we're actually looking for:

Someone who treats sourcing like detective work, not a keyword search. You want to understand the role, the company, and the why behind the opening, not just match strings.
Ability to transition to and from business dev work and recruitment work, While we're not necessarily looking for strong/extensive BD experience, we need someone who would be open and able to transition from recruitment/sourcing to BD/client outreach (which would be a heavy aspect of the role)
Sharp written and spoken English. You'll be listening in on calls, and you'll often be the one making sure things are communicated clearly.
A self-starter. We give limited direction on purpose. We're not looking for someone who needs a task list, we're looking for someone who builds their own.
Someone who wants to be a true recruiting partner, not a data processor. You'll sit in on client calls, and we want your read on things, not just your search results.
Experience with email marketing, outbound campaigns, or lead gen is a nice bonus if you have it, but it's not required.

A few practical notes:

This role starts as a recruiting partner/assistant, with a heavy focus on business development work, think email campaigns, outbound, and lead gen, that grows into you owning the BD function as you learn our clients and process.
This role runs on US Pacific time zone hours.
Expect frequent communication. This is a communication-heavy role, not a heads-down, inbox-only one.

Compensation and benefits:

$7-$12/hr, with bonuses/commission that have the potential to double your base income.
