Handle end to end recruitment, assist forecasting and organisational structure requirements of Operations functions.
Facilitate sourcing, screening, and selection up to offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidates
Manage the recruitment pipeline including determining resource status & needs, coordinating recruitment events & sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process
Fulfil hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate, minimal attrition within the first 6 months, and low offer fallout/rejection
Ensure a positive hiring experience for each candidate by being a good brand ambassador
Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment
Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any relevant study
4 years of prior recruiting experience is preferred, candidate with experience below that may still apply
Prior experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
Great team player and works well with others
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and has excellent problem-solving, project management, and organisational skills
Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Experience in both volume hiring and executive recruitment is an advantage
Open to work in Podium, Mandaluyong at 100% onsite
