Job Description

What we are looking:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; Preferably Psychometrician but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years end-to-end recruitment experience (corporate, headhunting, outsourcing/offshoring)
  • Proven success hiring for Departmental Roles (Sales, IT, Engineers, Finance, Accounting, and Healthcare)
  • Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and Facebook
  • Able to meet SLA/TAT targets consistently
  • Creative in job ad design (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and highly organized
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment processes and best practices
  • Handles multiple roles/projects efficiently with professionalism and confidentiality

What you will do:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Handle candidates endorsed by headhunting partners and proactively explore additional sourcing channels.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate in-depth interviews and consolidate feedback from hiring managers to support final selection decisions.
  • Draft job offers and employment contracts, discuss terms with successful candidates, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Initiate the issuance of performance appraisal forms for probationary employees and coordinate with respective supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment efforts.
