We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This role will play a key part in sourcing top talent, standardizing recruitment processes, and supporting the company's employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Requisition Management & Prioritization
• Manage multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to identify critical qualifications and prioritize urgent or hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and hiring timelines.
2. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Development
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, employee referrals, school partnerships, and career fairs.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies for niche positions.
• Quickly identify and endorse qualified candidates to maintain a competitive advantage.
3. Stakeholder Management & Consultative Recruitment
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide market insights.
• Align stakeholder expectations with realistic recruitment timelines and talent availability.
• Maintain transparency and professionalism, even in challenging recruitment scenarios.
4. Process Improvement & Recruitment Standardization
• Develop and maintain standardized recruitment workflows, procedures, and reporting structures.
• Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment automation tools, and AI capabilities to enhance efficiency.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to HR leadership.
5. Time Management & Organizational Excellence
• Structure daily workflows effectively to balance sourcing, interviews, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in weekly planning and project meetings to ensure alignment with HR initiatives.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Support initiatives to strengthen employer branding through job fairs, campus events, and recruitment marketing.
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional touchpoint with the organization.
• Contribute to onboarding and engagement initiatives to integrate new hires successfully.
