Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Pasay. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Daily tasks include crafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening and shortlisting candidates, organizing interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best-fit candidates for each role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing to effectively identify and attract suitable candidates
  • Ability to develop detailed and accurate Job Descriptions to meet organizational needs
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred
