The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring top talent within the healthcare industry. This role requires hands-on recruitment execution while also ensuring alignment with hiring standards, timelines, and quality of hires. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for healthcare roles and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle requisition intake, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent pools)
- Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline health
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry hiring standards
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (individual contributor role)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job portals)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for healthcare roles such as nurses, medical staff, clinical or regulatory positions
- Exposure to high-volume or niche hiring in healthcare
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance in the healthcare sector
