Content & Copywriting
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-driven copy for:
- Job advertisements and recruitment landing pages
- Recruitment marketing campaigns
- Social media posts (organic and paid)
- Advertising blurbs and short-form promotional content
- Interview scripts, content outlines, and video captions
- Employer brand stories and press releases
- Translate complex role requirements and employee value propositions into clear, human, and relatable messaging that resonates with target talent segments
- Adapt tone, format, and messaging to suit each platform's audience and best practices (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit)
Social Media & Campaign Support
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create content aligned with platform algorithms, engagement behaviors, and current trends
- Collaborate with creatives and recruiters to ensure message alignment and campaign consistency
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign rollouts with speed, accuracy, and reliability
Editing & Creative Production
- Create or adapt simple visual and video assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Work within existing templates and brand guidelines while maintaining high creative standards
- Ensure all content assets are production-ready and optimized for platform specifications
Insights, Trends & Market Awareness
- Stay up to date on:
- Pop culture and social media trends
- Talent market conversations and audience sentiment
- Emerging platform features and content formats
- Develop a working knowledge of the clinical and healthcare talent market, including competitor messaging and employer positioning
- Provide creative insights and recommendations to improve engagement and campaign performance
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a writer, copywriter, content specialist, or in a similar role
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding content
- Strong command of English, with the ability to adapt tone across professional, conversational, and promotional styles
- Familiarity with major social platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Reddit (or other community-driven platforms)
- Experience supporting or executing social media campaigns (organic or paid)
- Working knowledge of basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Understanding of analytics, campaign performance metrics, or content testing
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback
