About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support our sourcing team by managing recruitment marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enabling our Sourcing Specialists to focus on identifying and engaging top talent for hard-to-fill roles by taking over marketing-related responsibilities.
Reporting to the Sourcing Pod Lead, you will act as a strategic partner, ensuring we continue to have strong social media channels, audit and optimize job postings, track sourcing performance through UTMs and ATS data, and strengthen our employer brand. A key part of this role is supporting Talent Overflow initiatives, ensuring a pipeline of engaged, high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media, Community & Employer Branding
- Manage recruitment-focused social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Schedule and publish content provided by the Marketing team (job posts, employee highlights, culture content, hiring campaigns)
- Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive interactions with followers
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, clicks, engagement, conversions, follower growth) to inform strategy
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content performance and engagement
- Develop strategies to grow and maintain social media audiences and reinforce employer brand presence
- Ensure consistent employer branding across all platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers) to coordinate posting schedules and messaging
2. Job Advertising Audit & Optimization
- Audit job postings across ATS, job boards, and social platforms to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with employer branding
- Review and optimize job ads for visibility and conversion (titles, keywords, structure, and messaging)
- Identify gaps in job postings that may lead to low applicant quality or mismatched candidates
- Provide actionable recommendations to Sourcing Specialists and Recruiters on improving job ads
- Ensure proper use of UTM tracking links and correct source tagging across all job postings
- Monitor performance of job ads and flag underperforming roles for optimization
3. Sourcing Support & Funnel Optimization
- Support Sourcing Specialists by promoting priority roles through the right channels
- Monitor application flow and flag low-performing roles early
- Recommend sourcing channel adjustments based on performance data
4. Talent Engagement & Pipeline Campaigns
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives to support Talent Overflow efforts by keeping talent pools warm and engaged
- Assist in building and nurturing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles through campaigns, newsletters, or social media touchpoints
- Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to re-engage previous applicants or passive candidates identified in Talent Overflow programs
- Support targeted campaigns that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire for priority roles
Competencies and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, or Digital Marketing
- Experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus
- Basic understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes
- Experience with UTM tracking, analytics tools, or campaign performance tracking is highly preferred
- Strong written communication and coordination skills
