Job Description

The Recruitment Marketing Manager would be responsible for reaching out to online and offline communities to promote our company and open roles, crafting targeted job descriptions and hosting job fairs for various candidate groups (like recent graduates.) To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be familiar with recruiting or marketing techniques. Ultimately, you will help us establish a strong employer brand and attract top talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational Management

  • Build and deploy digital and social strategies to drive top talent and provide insights and recommendations
  • Developing content that illustrates our life at work in partnership with client employee branding team
  • Enriching our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials
  • Partnership with the Continuous Improvement Lead on COE program and processes adherence and promotions. Identify gaps and provide feedback on improvement
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion and Diversity Lead on collateral creation and marketing promotion of Diversity hiring
  • Partner and manage talent channels- Job boards, recruiter tools and staffing agencies identified for hiring.
  • Train and encourage recruiters to extend reach of created content through owned social profiles
  • Coordinate employer branding activities
  • Shape the profile of our ideal candidate to ensure our recruiting strategies address the right audience
  • Enrich our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials
  • Develop content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)
  • Identify and promote the top reasons why employees stay with our company to attract potential candidates
  • Craft job descriptions that describe our benefits and company culture
  • Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities)
  • Host and participate in job fairs and other career events
  • Identify and manage sourcing strategies and recruiter tools Job Boards, social media channels and staffing agencies

Client/Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with client/internal contacts to develop understanding of key client/project criteria
  • Chair phone conferences with internal stakeholders and client to give updates on project progress and gather client feedback
  • Track ongoing scope of projects to ensure SLAs are adhered to and met
  • Problem-solve throughout the project facilitate solutions, brainstorm, and always encourage a can do attitude in team
  • Lead timely resolution of all problems, errors, or technical issues, including maintaining communication with any impacted clients/colleagues/stakeholders
  • Monitor and act on internal/external client satisfaction on an ongoing basis, in collaboration with the leadership team.

Team Management

  • Staff recruitment work with iRPO team to source, screen and interview potential staff for team
  • Provide coaching and development for team one-on-one, team training sessions to upskill
  • Support and implement any corporate decisions regarding operations to maximize team effectiveness
  • Weekly group catch up with TDC team to communicate initiatives, share project milestones, and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Weekly one-one-one catch up with team leaders to support on their projects, challenges, management initiatives, and personal development.
  • Address any key performance issues, and support team leaders to take appropriate performance management measures
  • Design yearly promotion plan, and support team leaders in communicating and documenting clear and measurable promotion criteria with selected individuals based on merit
  • Facilitate team building activities, along with team leaders to drive engagement and retention
