Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and people-oriented Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this dual role, you will help us attract top talent by building a compelling employer brand and proactively hunting for candidates across various digital channels.

This internship is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of modern recruitment, combining creative marketing strategies with data-driven talent sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging content (social media posts, blogs, graphics, or short videos) that showcases our company culture, values, and employee stories.
  • Campaign Support: Help design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns for open roles, internship programs, or campus hiring events.
  • Career Fairs and Events: Attend career fairs and events with the sourcing team to attract various talents that the company needs.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and identify qualified candidates for current and future openings using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Draft and send compelling, personalized outreach messages to passive candidates to spark their interest in our opportunities.
  • Talent Pooling: Organize and maintain a clean pipeline of potential talent within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic market research on talent trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and new sourcing channels.
  • Interviews: Conduct initial screening for potential candidates.
  • Reporting: Assist in the creation of recruitment marketing reports and ensure that the raw data is complete and accurate.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). Experience with design tools (like Canva) or basic video editing tools is a big plus but not required.
  • Sourcing Curiosity: Eager to learn how to find needle-in-a-haystack talent using advanced search techniques (Boolean search, x-raying).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write catchy copy and professional outreach messages.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and creative, with a genuine curiosity about what makes people want to join a company.
