We're Hiring: Recruitment Manager US Agent Hiring Team

Do you have what it takes to lead high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced BPO/RPO environment We're looking for a Recruitment Manager who will drive our US Agent Hiring strategybalancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure we bring in the best talent for our growing business.

In this role, you'll be accountable for delivering results by partnering with leadership, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. You'll ensure consistent fulfillment of US agent requirements, innovate sourcing approaches, and manage recruitment operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage US onshore agent hiring to meet headcount requirements and timelines.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Oversee and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process for efficiency and quality.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong recruiting networks with schools, training centers, and industry partners.
  • Provide data-driven reports and insights to measure recruitment effectiveness and forecast future needs.
  • Drive special projects to improve recruitment operations and strengthen talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in US onshore recruitment, including at least 3 years in RPO hiring.
  • Strong background in high-volume agent-level recruitment.
  • Willing to work on a fixed night shift and 100% onsite in Commonwealth Q.C.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong connections in the talent market with proven sourcing expertise.
  • Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that deliver results.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
