Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Recruitment Manager located in Cagayan De Oro. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's talent needs. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, and maintaining a candidate pipeline. The role also involves ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Selection processes

Strong skills in Communication, Relationship Building, and Collaboration with internal stakeholders

Experience in Strategy Development, Workforce Planning, and Data Analysis to align recruitment goals with organizational needs

Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Requirements, and best practices in Recruitment Management

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)

Previous experience in recruitment or HR within the BPO or related industries is advantageous
