Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the organization's recruitment operations, with a strong focus on
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) hiring. The role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing high-volume hiring, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified talent across restaurant operations and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in
QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume consumer-facing industries, with a strong understanding of frontline, supervisory, managerial, and corporate recruitment. Experience in
Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements, manpower plans, and store expansion initiatives.
- Oversee high-volume recruitment for QSR and restaurant operations, including crew, shift leaders, supervisors, store managers, area managers, and other operational positions.
- Manage recruitment for corporate and support functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other business units.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both store-level and corporate positions.
- Lead recruitment campaigns and sourcing initiatives to support new store openings, workforce expansion, and replacement hiring.
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment partners, campus recruitment, and other talent channels.
- Establish strong partnerships with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Store Managers, and corporate hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment targets, hiring volume, time-to-fill, pipeline activity, offer acceptance, and other recruitment metrics.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using Excel and other recruitment tracking tools.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of candidate information through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or manual recruitment tracking processes.
- Manage recruitment agencies, job platforms, manpower providers, and other external talent acquisition partners.
- Lead initiatives to improve recruitment turnaround time, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality, and candidate experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract talent in highly competitive QSR and frontline hiring markets.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, campus recruitment, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets and maintain recruitment standards.
- Provide recruitment insights and workforce hiring recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong experience in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume consumer-facing industries.
- Proven experience managing high-volume and multi-location recruitment, particularly for frontline and restaurant operations.
- Experience hiring for Crew, Team Leaders, Shift Managers, Store Managers, Area Managers, and other restaurant operations positions is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting recruitment for corporate and support functions is an advantage.
- Experience in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines.
- Experience supporting new store openings, business expansion, or large-scale manpower requirements is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, social media recruitment, referrals, and talent communities.
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, campus recruitment, or talent attraction initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Strong Excel proficiency for recruitment reporting, applicant tracking, manpower monitoring, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements and tight recruitment timelines.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on hiring volume, quality, turnaround time, and operational manpower needs.
