Company Profile: An IT company that started year 2009 in India and expand after a year internationally.
Their goal is to help small and medium enterprises to create new and modern advertisement to gain more sales as well as to make enterprise know their services and products.
Position: Recruitment Manager
Company Industry: IT Company
Salary: Php40,000-Php60,000
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work setup: Onsite
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the job offer process, including salary negotiations and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and present hiring performance to management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
A Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Recruitment or Recruitment Leadership role.
Experience presenting recruitment metrics, scorecards, and hiring reports to senior management or executive leadership is an advantage.
Amenable to attend interviews
