Job Description:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by managing job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, selection procedures, and onboarding activities to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring experience
Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high-quality talent and support the organization's workforce planning and business objectives
Lead and manage the recruitment team by providing coaching, training, and performance guidance on sourcing techniques, interviewing best practices, and applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization
Ensure compliance and reporting standards are maintained throughout the hiring process, adhering to applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies while monitoring key recruitment metrics and preparing regular reports
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, establish hiring timelines, and design effective interview and selection processes
Drive talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives through innovative recruitment channels, including social media platforms, job fairs, professional associations, networking events, and other talent acquisition strategies
Promote continuous improvement within recruitment operations by evaluating emerging recruitment technologies, optimizing hiring workflows, enhancing candidate experience, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
At least 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in end-to-end talent acquisition
At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a recruitment management or supervisory capacity
Prior experience in the BPO industry is required
Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and high-volume hiring experience preferred
Willing to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
