Recruitment Manager | Intelegencia | Pasig

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and help shape the future of our workforce. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, leading a recruitment team, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plan
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for key and strategic positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring performance, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external talent partners.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume and/or specialized recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading recruitment across multiple departments or geographic regions.
  • Background in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
