About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and help shape the future of our workforce. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, leading a recruitment team, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across the organization

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plan
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key and strategic positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring performance, and implement continuous improvements.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external talent partners.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Proven success in managing high-volume and/or specialized recruitment campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading recruitment across multiple departments or geographic regions.
- Background in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
- Professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
