Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the organization's recruitment operations, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality talent across various business functions. The role will oversee recruitment strategies, sourcing activities, candidate management, and hiring execution, with a strong focus on Shared Services and Retail recruitment.

The ideal candidate has experience working in Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), FMCG, QSR, or large-scale Retail organizations, and is capable of managing both strategic and operational recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business requirements and workforce plans.
  • Oversee recruitment activities for Shared Services and Retail positions, including volume and specialized hiring.
  • Manage and optimize sourcing channels to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to support organizational hiring needs.
  • Establish effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, hiring targets, pipeline activity, and recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using Excel and other recruitment tracking tools.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of applicant records through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or manual tracking processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and overall hiring efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job platforms, and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members to achieve hiring objectives and maintain recruitment quality.
  • Support and implement employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent market presence.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience in Shared Services and Retail recruitment.
  • Experience in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling recruitment for FMCG, QSR, Retail, or other large-scale organizations is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and candidate pipeline development.
  • Experience leading talent attraction or employer branding initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel proficiency, particularly for applicant tracking, recruitment reports, data management, and recruitment metrics.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on recruitment delivery, hiring quality, and turnaround time.
