Location: Taguig (5 days onsite in a week)
Shift: Morning / Mid day shift
Salary: 40000 PHP/month
Responsibilties:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, initial assessments, interviewing, and extending offers
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting them to hiring managers
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to department heads. Help them define job requirements, set realistic timelines, and provide feedback on the local talent market
- ATS Management: Keep Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) 100% up-to-date to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth handoff once a candidate signs their offer, setting them up for a great first day
- Team Managment: Efficiently manage team of recruiters
- Atleast 1 year of experience as Team Lead
