We are supporting an outsourcing and talent solutions company in finding a Recruitment Lead who will drive large-scale, enterprise-level hiring across finance, HR, admin, and other high-volume functions.
This is a newly created role ideal for a strategic recruitment leader who can balance hands-on execution with team leadership and process design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for enterprise and volume hiring
Design scalable sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
Manage and mentor a small recruitment team
Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver within SLAs
Handle critical and high-priority requisitions directly
Optimize recruitment operations through data, KPIs, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years in recruitment, including volume or enterprise hiring
Experience leading a recruitment team
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence
Experience hiring across multiple domains and/or working with international clients
Preferred:
Background in BPO, shared services, outsourcing, or similar environments
Experience working with Australian clients or AU business hours
Familiarity with recruitment technology or ATS implementation
