About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team across the full hiring lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, and client support—ideal for someone considering a career in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and screening
• Posting job advertisements across job boards and social media
• Updating and maintaining candidate and client records in the ATS/CRM
• Assisting with interview coordination and candidate communication
• Conducting initial candidate calls and reference checks (training provided)
• Helping prepare shortlists, reports, and recruitment documentation
• General admin and ad-hoc support to the recruitment team

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident, professional phone manner
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Previous customer service, admin, or sales experience is a plus (but not essential)
