Job Overview

Lennor Group is looking for a Recruitment Intern who is eager to explore the exciting world of talent acquisition and client engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, while providing exposure to client relationship management and the fast-paced environment of a professional recruitment firm.

As part of our growing team, you will support day-to-day recruitment activities, help match top talent with client needs, and gain firsthand insight into how great hiring decisions shape business success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates across various roles
  • Support the team in managing job postings and resume databases
  • Participate in candidate interviews and help coordinate client requirements
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
  • Collaborate with consultants during client briefings and presentations
  • Conduct initial assessments and reference checks
  • Help ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools and social media platforms for sourcing
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Preferably with own device
  • Willing to report onsite 2x per week in BGC, Taguig
