Job Summary

The Recruitment Head leads talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations across Mindanao, ensuring the timely hiring of high‑quality talent aligned with business needs. This role drives innovative sourcing initiatives, builds strong talent pipelines, and implements best‑practice recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner closely with Business Unit Heads, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HR leaders to understand hiring needs & priorities, and develop & implement targeted sourcing plans.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing techniques
  • Identify partnerships and foster relationships with targeted academe/educational institutions, industry associations, government agencies, external recruitment partners, agencies and job boards.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and performance to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on market studies to identify emerging trends and talent pools for targeted recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a recruitment leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record of setting hiring targets and achieving them consistently.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
