As the Director of Recruitment, you will lead the organization's talent acquisition strategy and build a recruitment function capable of supporting rapid business growth. This role is responsible for shaping hiring strategies, scaling recruitment operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous innovation across the talent acquisition lifecycle. You will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure workforce planning aligns with business priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Lead
- Lead the overall talent acquisition function, ensuring recruitment strategies align with organizational growth plans, workforce planning, and hiring priorities across multiple business units and client accounts.
- Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies that support high-volume hiring initiatives, with a strong emphasis on technical and IT positions within MSP, outsourcing, or similar environments.
- Champion employer branding and candidate experience programs that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain top technical talent in highly competitive markets.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams, with a proven ability to scale talent acquisition organizations from small teams into large, multi-tiered recruitment functions.
- Provide leadership for offshore recruitment teams across multiple geographic regions, ensuring standardized processes, operational excellence, and alignment with overall business goals.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered recruiting technologies, automation, and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, modernize recruitment practices, and increase team productivity.
- Establish and monitor recruitment metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data-driven sourcing strategies to maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline of high-quality technical candidates.
- Oversee recruitment budgets, manage external vendors and agency partnerships, and optimize third-party recruiting resources to support hiring objectives.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, fostering cross-functional alignment and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, including at least 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Extensive experience recruiting technical talent, preferably within MSP, IT outsourcing, or BPO environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment teams and talent acquisition operations from small organizations to large or enterprise-level structures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- A strategic leader who is also willing to be hands-on when necessary to ensure successful execution and hiring outcomes.
