Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates.

The responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator includes connecting with potential candidates both online and offline, screening applications, and supporting Talent Team.

You will be responsible for hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Your Role:

Interview Coordination: Effectively arrange and oversee interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless process.

Candidate Communication: Contact person for candidates, delivering updates, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Admin Tasks: Evaluate incoming applications, verify the completeness of required documents, and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaboration and Data Management: Work closely with team members to coordinate candidate requirements, update recruitment databases, and produce insightful reports.

Open to explore other facets in the HR field.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in recruitment coordination either during OJT or formal corporate experience) or administration is advantageous.

- Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field

- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team

- Efficiently managing multiple tasks at the same time

- Willing to learn other HR facets

- Must be amenable to work on-site (Greenfield Tower, Greenfield District. Mandaluyong City)
