Recruitment Coordinator - Manufacturing/Industrial/Warehousing/Trades/Engineering (₱30K- ₱38K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite/Hybrid/Remote | Day Shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

You own defined candidate sourcing and coordination outputs that support the recruitment lifecycle for a specialist industrial and engineering client. You are not a generalist; you are responsible for ensuring technical talent pipelines—across manufacturing, warehousing, and trades—remain consistent, compliance-ready, and aligned with measurable delivery standards. Your work follows established recruitment workflows, database protocols, and escalation paths set by the client-facing operations lead.

This is not a reactive support role. You operate within clear scopes, execute technical screenings, and are trusted to maintain the integrity of the candidate experience in a fast-paced sector. Best suited for recruitment professionals who thrive in structured environments, value accountability, and prefer clear operational expectations over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • At least 1.5–2+ years experience in manufacturing/industrial/warehousing/trades/engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment databases/CRM systems
  • Experience in conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
  • Skills in sourcing candidates using various channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced boolean search techniques.
  • Experience coordinating with international consultants or external hiring managers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of navigating high-volume stakeholder communication.

Responsibility Pillars

Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Management

You own the discovery phase of the recruitment cycle, ensuring the client receives a consistent stream of qualified industrial talent.

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Perform initial technical screenings to verify candidate qualifications against specific industrial job orders.
  • Maintain a Ready-Now talent map for recurring technical roles to reduce turnaround times.

Candidate Coordination & Assessment

You are accountable for the momentum of the hiring process, ensuring no candidate stalls in the pipeline.

  • Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess technical skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate assessments and logistics between candidates and lead consultants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and transparent experience.

Database Integrity & Compliance

You transform daily recruitment activities into clean, audit-ready records for the client.

  • Update recruitment databases (CRM/ATS) in real-time to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
  • Execute documentation checks to ensure all candidate files meet specific site or industry compliance standards.
  • Ensure workflows run smoothly with minimal rework by following documented operational protocols.
