The Opportunity

They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and deliver high volume, bulk hiring recruitment process for all blue collar employees (entry level, manual laborer / industrial workers) roles.

The role requires experience in high volume-based recruitment, attention to detail, tenacity, internal & external stakeholder engagement, strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to switch priorities to meet the demands of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment for blue‑collar roles across Australia, coordinating all stages from application through to offer readiness.
  • Manage vacancy intake and workforce planning, including identifying site labour requirements, developing position descriptions, and advertising roles to meet production demand.
  • Vet and screen applications at scale, conducting rehiring eligibility checks, reviewing candidate profiles, and delivering structured phone screenings to assess role suitability.
  • Coordinate pre‑employment medical checks, including bookings, follow‑ups, results validation, and clearance tracking through internal systems.
  • Facilitate assessment centers and interviews, managing schedules, communications, reminders, and candidate progression through each stage.
  • Conduct reference checks via ATS tools and ensure compliance with working rights, visa status, identification, and documentation requirements.
  • Oversee the allocation of successful candidates to production lines, aligning onboarding numbers with operational and utilization needs.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality control, contributing insights to weekly and monthly workforce reporting on labor, leave, utilization, and terminations.

Key Criteria


  • 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in the hiring of manual laborers/industrial workers/process workers.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end volume recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Working experience with relevant recruitment ATS.
  • Excellent written & verbal English Language communication skills.
  • Recruitment experience in the AU market would be highly preferable.
  • Experience recruiting for food manufacturing industries would be an added advantage.
  • Experience using ATS such as: JobAdder / SuccessFactors / PageUp would be another great advantage.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.

Work Set Up


Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM – 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, other days remote)
