The Role:

At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We're looking for a Coordinator - Early Careers and Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

If you have a high attention to detail, strong accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and good communication and organizational skills, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do:

• Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition
• management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist
• management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
• Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
• Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
• Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
• Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
• Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Amenable to working an EMEA shift and a hybrid setup, with at least two onsite days per month at the AMS office
