About the Role
Akkodis Tech Talent Services NSW is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support our Sydney-based Account Managers and recruitment teams.
This role is focused on delivery support, coordination, and contractor management, helping enable the onshore team to operate more efficiently across high-volume enterprise accounts. You will play a key role in keeping recruitment processes moving, supporting candidates and contractors, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Delivery Coordination
- Support Account Managers and recruiters with day-to-day recruitment delivery activities
- Assist with job qualification conversations alongside the team to clarify requirements
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide interview guidance and support
- Coordinate and manage candidate submissions in line with client requirements
- Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Proactively identify candidates nearing end of contract and flag opportunities internally
Candidate & Contractor Support
- Act as a key point of contact for candidate and contractor queries
- Provide end-to-end support across the contractor lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding and compliance checks
- Interview coordination and communication
- Contract extensions and finish tracking
- Support payroll-related queries and escalate where required
- Provide high-quality contractor care to maintain engagement and retention
Client & Account Support
- Support Account Managers with client coordination and communication
- Assist with managing client queries and requests, escalating when needed
- Join client briefing calls to capture requirements and ensure alignment
- Build a strong understanding of client processes, systems, and expectations
Operations & Administration
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback loops between stakeholders
- Manage multiple client recruitment portals and systems
- Support offer management, including documentation and coordination
- Ensure all activity aligns with compliance, WHS, and client requirements
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and reporting across systems
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Adherence to the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures, including responsibilities in safeguarding information, reporting security incidents, and maintaining awareness of data protection and confidentiality obligations
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcer, or 360 recruitment role (technology preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and high-volume delivery environments
- Experience working with enterprise clients or MSP/panel environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience supporting contractor management and onboarding processes
- Comfortable handling queries, problem-solving, and escalating where required
