Job Description

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (3x onsite/week)

Work Schedule: Morning

Work Location: Makati City

Work Engagement: Direct / Permanent

The ideal candidate will identify, assess, and match top talent to client needs while building a strong understanding of the industry to deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt top-tier technical talent using advanced Boolean strings, job boards, and professional networking sites.
  • Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates qualifications through technical interviews and assessments to ensure a strong fit for client requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Build a robust, scalable talent pool within the technology space.
  • Offer Management: Facilitate interview flows, guide candidates through the hiring process, and manage salary negotiations.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads, cold-call, and pitch recruitment or IT consulting services to C-level executives, CTOs, and HR Directors.
  • Market Expansion: Identify business opportunities, attend industry networking events, and expand the client portfolio.
  • Account Management: Maintain deep relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and uncover new hiring needs.
  • Database: Track, organize, and maintain candidate records using the company's ATS platform.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or agency recruitment.
  • Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of technical stacks (Data, Development, Security, Infrastructure)
  • Tools: Experience in navigating ATS applications like Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Workday, etc.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
