Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

Quess Philippines is expanding its recruitment delivery team to support large-scale staffing requirements for our Singapore clients. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy fast-paced, high-volume hiring and want exposure to international clients and workforce projects.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across bulk hiring projects, working closely with onshore operations and client teams in Singapore.

This is not corporate hiring this is real staffing recruitment, where speed, accuracy, and candidate experience matter.

What You'll Do

• Support high-volume recruitment for Singapore-based clients across multiple industries
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and bulk sourcing channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently for volume roles
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs
• Work closely with onshore Singapore teams to meet daily and weekly hiring targets
• Track recruitment metrics such as fulfilment rate, time-to-fill, and joining ratios

What We're Looking For

• 14 years of recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or volume hiring preferred)
• Experience in bulk, mass, or general staffing recruitment is a strong advantage
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to support overseas clients and work with different time zones
