Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring an offshore Recruitment Researcher based in Manila to join a specialist agency focused on data, cloud, AI, and infrastructure hiring across Australia, UK, and Southeast Asia.

This is an hybrid based, research focused role where you will work closely with two consultants, owning the sourcing and candidate side end to end.

The Role

• Source and shortlist candidates across niche tech markets including cloud, data, AI, DevOps, and infrastructure
• Build Boolean search strings
• Write and send LinkedIn outreach and InMails following established templates Manage talent pools and pipelines across multiple markets Work across Australia, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment/ resourcing experience
• Background recruiting in tech, cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM tools
• Experience working AU/ UK market before
• Genuine curiosity about the tech space and emerging industries
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with Western stakeholders
