We're hiring an experienced 180 Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting Australian clients across tech, projects, and corporate functions.

This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role covering both contract (high-volume, time-critical) and permanent (research-led) recruitment. You'll be working closely with an Australian team, owning the candidate side end-to-end.

The Role

• Manage multiple live roles
• Deliver quickly on high-volume, time-sensitive briefs (12-24hr turnarounds)
• Source, screen, and submit quality candidates at pace
• Run deeper searches for senior/exclusive roles, including market mapping and headhunting
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key sectors

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment/resourcing (agency)
• Experience recruiting in the Australian or UK market is essential
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, ATS/CRM – JobAdder a plus)
• Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
• Confident communicator, able to engage mid to senior professionals in the Australian market
