Full-Cycle Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely, working aligned to
Australian business hours.
This is a
full-time, long-term opportunity (not a temporary contract), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
About The Role
You will take ownership of a desk, working across:
- Allied Health recruitment (e.g. physiotherapists, podiatrists, OTs, speech pathologists) OR
- Medical recruitment (doctors)
This is a
360 recruitment role, involving both candidate management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Write and manage job advertisements across various platforms
- Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate pipelines
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through to commencement
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within healthcare (min 2 years of experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
