We are currently expanding our Philippine Recruitment team and looking to hire a talented and strategic Recruitment Consultant (2 vacancies) to join our workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management and team lead to ensure recruitment activities with clients are fulfilled;
• Perform end to end recruitment activities with clients and candidates;
• Work closely with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and building strong working relationship with the clients;
• Provide consultancy on market trends and staffing solutions to clients as well as to senior management ;
• Assist in business development activities and to acquire new clients for the company.
• Lead a team of 2-3 consultants and to ensure team achieved assigned KPIs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Min 2 years of end-to-end Recruitment, IT/Technical Recruitment (highly desirable), Consulting, Executive Search / external recruitment agency experience
• Must have proven work experience of successful hires or achieving target/quota
• Must have expertise in boolean searching, cold-calling applicants, and has good-eye for sourcing good quality CV's
• Possess cheerful, positive attitude, target driven and hunger for commission
• IT savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Social media;
• Good communication skills, stakeholder management and an aptitude for success
• Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Those with experience in seniority level could also consider for Senior Consultant roles
