Edward Jacobs is a market-leading recruitment firm specialising in accounting and finance. We work with clients ranging from large international corporations to boutique businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the US and the UK.
We are looking for a Recruiter who will drive growth and expand Edward Jacobs client base in the US. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing existing ones. Your goal is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone screening and assessing skills to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
- Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Prospecting new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
- Establishing relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns
- Performing reference checks on candidates
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 3 years of recruitment experience from recruitment firms or internal recruiters from multinational corporations.
- Be comfortable with cold calling and headhunting target talents in a competitive space.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
- High energy, selfstarter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Willing to work within the US or AU shift
