Job Overview

The Recruitment Associate (Test Admin) plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process by ensuring applicant assessments are administered accurately, fairly, and efficiently. This role is responsible for facilitating and proctoring exams, managing assessment data, and coordinating closely with recruiters and stakeholders to support hiring requirements. The position also involves monitoring testing activities, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve testing processes. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, organized, comfortable working with basic data and systems, and able to communicate clearly with candidates and internal teams. Experience in BPO recruitment and assessment support is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and proctor applicant assessments, ensuring all testing requirements are properly followed
  • Capture assessment results and conduct timely followups to ensure test completion and compliance
  • Encode and maintain accurate candidate information and test results
  • Coordinate with recruiters and other stakeholders regarding assessment schedules and requirements
  • Ensure testing integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to established procedures
  • Monitor testing activities and identify areas for improvement in the assessment process
  • Provide basic analysis and insights related to testing outcomes, including profile trends and observed limitations
  • Recommend improvements to testing procedures based on data and observations
  • Maintain proper and uptodate documentation of testing activities and processes in the ATS

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic experience or exposure to test administration and/or proctoring, with an understanding of following exam rules and maintaining fairness during assessments.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain instructions clearly and ensure candidates understand what is expected.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a willingness to check work carefully and ensure information is accurate.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once with proper guidance and support.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within set deadlines.
  • Familiarity with common workplace tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams, or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and industry best practice.
  • BPO Recruitment Experience is highly preferred.
