Job Description

The Recruitment Associate Sourcing is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to support multiple active hiring requirements. This role focuses primarily on candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and social media platforms, while providing recruitment support across the hiring process. Experience in BPO recruitment and exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities are considered advantages. Familiarity with AI-based sourcing or content tools is a plus.

This position is onsite and follows a dayshift schedule at Ortigas Center, Pasig.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment Support

  • Conduct proactive sourcing for multiple open roles simultaneously (approximately 58 requisitions)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application status and next steps
  • Provide support in end-to-end recruitment activities as required
  • Assist in meeting recruitment timelines and hiring objectives

Social Media and Employer Branding

  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives through Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and publish recruitment and employer branding content
  • Engage with potential candidates and respond to inquiries via social media platforms
  • Utilize social media channels as sourcing tools to attract passive and active candidates
  • Recommend content strategies to enhance candidate engagement and brand visibility

Process and Tools

  • Utilize sourcing tools, job boards, and digital platforms effectively
  • Exposure to AI tools for sourcing, content creation, or workflow efficiency is considered an advantage

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sourcing experience
  • Experience in BPO recruitment or multi-role hiring is an advantage
  • Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience using social media platforms for recruitment sourcing
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig (dayshift)
