Recruitment Associate

This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.

What You'll Do:

• You will own end-to-end hiring of corporate roles from job posting, screening, offers, and onboarding
• You will drive data-driven recruiting, use metrics and insights to improve sourcing, time-to-hire, and candidate quality
• You will manage campus hiring and partnerships, recruiting events, and early-careers talent programs
• You will lead initiatives across the different facets of HR to build scalable and efficient people processes.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or any related field - open to Fresh Graduates
• Experience in recruiting and/or people function within a fast-paced, international environment is a plus
• Proven self-starter and problem solver who takes ownership and drives initiatives end to end
• Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and tools to inform decisions and improve processes
