Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled.
- Conducts In-Depth interviews, evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates. Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
- In-charge of job offer contract management
- Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need
- Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company
- Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts
- Contribute in creating the strategic hiring plans which would help in attracting and recruiting best talent
- In-Charge of monitoring specific account/s whenever there would be hiring requirements. Acts as an Account POC
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 1-year experience in recruitment, with experience in interviewing candidates.
- With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
- Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)
- Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Problem solver
- Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment
- Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office
- Strong command of English both oral and written
- Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements
- Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite in SM Sta. Rosa Laguna
