The Station Talent Acquisition Assistant implements end-to-end recruitment activities for various stations, liaises with third-party manpower providers for timely placement of qualified candidates, and coordinates with LGUs regarding employment programs.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process of station posts including sourcing of applicants from various sourcing channels, screening of submitted resumes against required requirements, scheduling and conducting interview of qualified candidates for HR processing, exam administration, and endorsing short listed candidates to the requesting party for further processing
2. Build applicant sources by managing online media (company website, online job search sites, social media, etc.)
3. Assist in the benchmarking of sourcing strategies Generate reports through various monitoring tools
4. Update concerned departments regarding manpower requests regularly
5. Design and implement major and minor recruitment activities nationwide
6. Maintain relationships with Schools, LGUs and third party manpower providers
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of a four-year course relating to Psychology, Human Resource Management or any four-year business course relating to Organizational Effectiveness or Human Resources
2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment (sourcing to job offer) with experience in volume hiring, preferably coming from a FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Oil/gas, Petroleum, Energy, Manpower/ Recruitment Agencies, Banking / Financial Institution industry
3. Must be adept in competency-based interviewing skills and target selection
4. Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
5. Must be assertive and demonstrates strong analytical, planning, organizing, interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. Above average verbal and written communication skills Good stakeholder management and reporting skills
7. Must be amenable to working onsite at least two to three times a week
