Job Description
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for managing the recruitment team and ensuring the efficient and effective recruitment of qualified candidates. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs. The Recruitment Supervisor also ensures that the recruitment process aligns with the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future vacancies.
- Selection Process:
- Coordinate and participate in the screening, interviewing, and selection process for candidates.
- Ensure the recruitment process is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing and selection techniques.
- Onboarding:
- Work with the HR team to develop and enhance the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure new employees receive a smooth transition into the company.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Ensure unbiased recruitment practices and adherence to equal opportunity employment standards.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the recruitment budget, including expenses related to job postings, recruitment events, and agency fees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
