Job Title: VA - Scheduler and Recruitment Coordinator
Client Company: Home Care Provider
Work Schedule: Full-time (aligned to U.S. business hours)
Work Arrangement: Fully remote, independent contractor
Job Overview: This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, scheduling, and streamlining operations to support our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post and manage job ads on platforms like Indeed, Care.com, and specialized caregiver boards.
Conduct virtual interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding processes (background checks, document collection, orientation scheduling).
Maintain communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
2. Scheduling & Client Coordination:
Manage caregiver schedules, including shift assignments, changes, and on-call support.
Ensure seamless coverage for client needs and address last-minute staffing issues.
Follow up with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
3. Administrative Support:
Assist with billing, invoicing, and payroll coordination.
Maintain organized records in Axiscare, Apploi, WellSky or similar systems.
Follow up on leads (calls, emails, texts) to convert inquiries into clients.
4. Process Improvement & Marketing:
Help refine recruitment and operational workflows.
Support light digital marketing tasks (e.g., social media updates, email campaigns).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in healthcare or home care staffing.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., CareerPlug) and CRM tools.
Excellent English communication (verbal/written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service.
